The Crews Quarters at West Quoddy Station provides outstanding lodging accommodations with sunrise to sunset ocean views of Lubec, Eastport and Campobello. Located on West Quoddy Head, the Easternmost Point in the USA, The Crews Quarters is one half mile from the world famous red and white striped West Quoddy Head Lighthouse. From the Crews Quarters deck overlooking the Lubec Channel, there are clear views of the Lubec Channel Light (the “Sparkplug”) and, on Campobello, Mulholland Light and Head Harbor Light (East Quoddy Light House).
Completed in June 2018, The Crew’s Quarters is timber framed from locally sawn, full dimension, hemlock. The interior features a fully exposed, 12’ board roof. Locally sawn, clear cedar shingles cover the roof and sides. The walls are diagonally boarded with 12” hemlock boards that are exposed in the interior and are complimented with colorful walls of basic yellow, red, blue and green. The kitchen and bathroom cabinets were made on site from local lumber. The countertops were created from local ash and maple, planed and glued in the kitchen. The CQ is furnished with antiques casually combined with modern bedding.

What People Are Saying….
“Unique conversion of Coast Guard station into motel rooms. Every need and convenience has been looked after – plenty of chairs, lamps, comfortable beds, deluxe linens, all this and a seaside view. Uniquely decorated with Coast Guard and nautical memorabilia. Like the real estate people say – this property is not a drive by – take a look inside.”
“We stayed in the Kimball room in the Lodge building for 3 nights and it was great! Wonderful view, spacious rooms, kitchenette…We’d definitely stay here again and will recommend to friends and family.”
‘This was a wonderful place to stay. We spent 4 nights there in a remodeled cabin. It had everything we needed. Close to numerous trails and places to visit. It is as far northeast you can go. The manager, Bill, was courteous and helpful. Canada is only minutes away so take your passport. The West Quoddy Lighthouse is an amazing place to visit. We collected some sea glass while there. Will definitely return next year.”
